Quick answers

How many residents can use it?

Unlimited. Every plan includes unlimited resident access. Whether you have 20 residents or 200, the monthly price stays the same.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, there is a one-time onboarding fee. This covers account setup, your initial staff training call, and getting your facility fully ready to run sessions. The amount varies depending on your plan — contact us for details.

Is there any installation required?

None. Better5 works in a browser on any device — smart TV, tablet, laptop, or phone. There's nothing to install. We set up your account and you're running sessions the same week.

What happens if we have staff turnover?

On the Complete plan, we re-onboard new staff at no extra charge — just let us know and we'll schedule a new onboarding call to get them up to speed quickly. Limitations apply: re-onboarding is available up to once per month.

What are the contract terms?

All plans include a minimum commitment term. We work with facilities to find terms that make sense for both sides — reach out and we'll walk you through the details.
